We are local Californians...

...consisting of family-run and individual businesses specializing in quality garden and landscape maintenance and landscape installation services for both commercial and residential property owners.

By operating as distinct individual small businesses under the umbrella of a larger organization, we provide our customers the personal attention they desire along with the attention to detail they require while providing economies of scale by being part of a larger company.

We also provide design services internally as well as work with a select number of local landscape architects for those property owners desiring and/or requiring these services based on their project specifications.

We presently serve the Monterey Peninsula communities and Santa Cruz County employing over a combined total of 40 skilled and trained gardeners with a keen knowledge of our many unique microclimates along the central coast and inland valleys.

Our entire family of businesses are members of the Monterey Bay Landscape Contractors Association “MBLCA”(www.mblca.com) and have been trained as Certified, Advanced, Monterey Bay Green Gardeners (www.green-gardeners.org) where we focus on the ever-critically important issue of water conservation management, (we are presently in a State-wide drought) the use of native/other micro-climate suitable, drought tolerant plants, shrubs and trees, and the reduced use of pesticides.

We are proactively involved within the local communities we serve, our local chamber of business members, and our entire crew teams reside where we work. Our employees are trained on an ongoing basis incorporating both old and new methods of efficient and effective landscape management practices. All our employees are legal residents of the US and/or US citizens.

We are a licensed (992317), bonded & insured landscape contractor in good standing with the State insuring should any accident occur on a customer’s property, our customers are well protected from any potential liability issue that could arise.

We pay all our employees wages above the CA minimum wage rate, provide worker’s compensation insurance (as required by law), and other employee benefits that promote long-term retention. Many of our employees have been employed with one of our sister companies for well over 15-20 years.

This high employee retention rate provides you our customer with intimate garden and landscape knowledge of your property through our fine crew teams over the years - reducing the need for manpower as the crews know exactly what is required and also where everything is (e.g.: in-ground irrigation valve locations) reducing overall garden and landscape maintenance costs.

We employ good people with various ethnic backgrounds and are proud to be a founding member of R41 which stands for: All Races for One. A portion of our gross revenue is donated annually to help support R41.
